DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery in kuwait will be on the second dy of your order, for GCC countries shipping will take 2 to 3 days.
No deliveries on friday.
You can change your delivery address from your account setting " view address " then choose " edit " . If you've moved, please remember to update your address ASAP .
We deliver to all parts of Kuwait adn GCC countries.
ABOUT PRODUCTS
If the product is damaged during the process of delivery, we will offer a replacement. User must send an email at hello@droomgtc.com along with picture as a proof within 1 day of delivery with the subject Damaged Product.
We, Droom are not responsible for any allergic reactions. However, if in any case you face any allergic reactions caused by the products in your box, please let us know immediately by sending us an email about it at hello@droomgtc.com with the subject Allergic Reaction.

There are many fun ways to earn Droom Points and they are as follow:

The Droom Point program allows you to earn points which will be added to your account and later these accumulated points can be used to redeem rewards such as:
- 10 KD for 200 points.
- 10% discount for 100 points.
- Free delivery for 150 points.
Points earned and accumulated will expire in 90 days.
